We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Sales Representative to join our team in the Packaging Manufacturing industry. This role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to leverage their skills in Business or Marketing to drive sales and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of packaging industry B2B sales experience. This role requires a hunter mentality, with a focus on prospecting and securing new business opportunities. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your knowledge of corrugated packaging, folding cartons, retail displays, and club store pallets to identify sales opportunities and drive growth.
  • Use your hunter mentality to prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Deliver engaging and convincing presentations to potential clients, demonstrating our product's value and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients to secure the most advantageous terms.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a relentless motivation for sales.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and industry trends, using this information to identify new business opportunities.
  • Use Customer Relationship Management tools to track interactions and sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Provide feedback and after-sales support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of B2B packaging sales experience.
  • Proven track record of prospecting new business and enhancing existing customer relationships.
  • Strong product knowledge, particularly in corrugated packaging, folding cartons, retail displays, and club store pallets.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and convince potential clients.
  • High level of motivation for sales, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Understanding of market trends and ability to respond accordingly.
  • Must be a team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
