Salary: $25 - $40 per hour

We provide consultation for buildings of all types, sizes, and material systems using structural analysis and BIM software. We have extensive experience with healthcare, educational, institutional, recreational, commercial, hospitality, industrial, religious, and residential uses; and are equally adept at renovation, renewal, adaptive reuse, and new construction. We deliver design through fast - track, design - bid - build, design - build, and public / private / partnership to best serve the Owner. We also provide component design and construction engineering services - including shoring, bracing, load path verification, delegated design, value engineering, and bid consultation - as well as forensic, performance, and due-diligence investigations, condition assessments, and feasibility studies.

BIM Technician to assist project managers and engineers with preparing construction documents. Will work closely with others to develop 3D models as well as 2D details using Revit. Will help develop and maintain typical details and company standards.

Job Requirements

• 2-year Associate’s Degree in Architectural/Engineering Technology or minimum 2 years’ Revit modeling experience
• Current Revit expertise
• Experience producing construction documents consisting of plans, sections, smart schedules, and details in 2D and 3D
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members
• High level of organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a demanding environment
