Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year

Senior Superintendent and Mid-Level Superintendent's needed in North Dallas area near Farmer's Branch.

Projects depend on experience. We have a smaller grocery stores and larger footprint stores. So specific projects you'll work depends on capability.

Pay is $85-125 depending on experience. $1000 truck allowance. Bonus 2-3 weeks pay typically. $500 a month has card. Tolls reimbursed also.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily jobsite activities across multiple projects.
• Implement and monitor jobsite safety programs, ensuring timely safety reports.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Promote employee safety and enforce site cleanliness standards.
• Report any accidents promptly to the Safety Team.
• Communicate labor and material requirements to the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate daily time records and assign cost centers for each employee.
• Properly code materials to the appropriate cost centers.
• Prepare and maintain daily job reports.
• Review shop drawings for contract compliance and field dimensions.
• Manage and update jobsite "record set" drawings.
