Job Details:
We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with a passion for justice and a proven track record. The ideal candidate will have experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation, with the ability to handle complex cases from inception through trial.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admitted and in good standing with the state bar.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of successful settlements and verdicts.
- Experience with trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
