We’re seeking a Business Immigration Associate with 3+ years of experience in employment-based immigration to join our New Haven, CT office. In this role, you'll work on a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, EB-1, and EB-2, among others. You'll manage complex cases, draft detailed RFE responses, and prepare extraordinary ability petitions. You must be licensed to practice law in any U.S. state. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience with immigration compliance are essential.
