Job Summary:We are currently seeking a talented Programmer II for our Warner Robins GA location, or 100% remote work environment location.Provides support to the Silvervine products and has an opportunity to significantly impact organizational growth and effectiveness through delivering superior technology solutions. Engaged in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle which include gathering and analyzing requirements, designing, testing, documenting, and implementing software, responding to outages. Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and ensure these risks are effectively identified and escalated to be measured, monitored, and controlled.
Job Description:
Key Position Responsibilities
o Maintain and modify existing software product(s).
o Assist with new product integrations.
o Will work with both frontend and backend codebase.
o Work in a team environment and communicate ideas, solutions, and
problems.
o Occasionally engage with clients to gather requirements or demo new
features.
o Independently resolve production issues through troubleshooting of applications and components.
o Follows written policies and procedures for business processes.
Qualifications
o Bachelor's Degree in a technology related field with a minimum 2 years of
experience as a professional software developers or 4 years of equivalent experience.
o Experience with .Net Core
o Experience with ColdFusion
o Experience with Git
o Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
o Works well under minimum supervision.
o Ability to adapt and be flexible.
o Must be innovative.
