Business Litigation Associate - San Francisco

Description & RequirementsWomble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a business litigation associate to join the firm's San Francisco, California office. The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest individual and class action cases in federal and state courts around the country. Womble is looking for an associate with 8 or more years of experience as a practicing litigator in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Candidates must have superior writing skills, an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as court experience, and must be able to manage a significant litigation docket independently and proactively. Federal clerkship experience is preferred.
