Job Description Summary:

As the Director of Product Management, Fastlane Checkout Personalization, you will lead efforts to define, develop, and scale personalization use cases across our consumer and merchant experiences for Fastlane. Your mission will be to partner with core teams to identify key personalization opportunities that directly impact business-critical metrics and deliver enhanced, tailored experiences for our users and merchants.

Your day to day:

Subject Matter Expertise:

Serve as the go-to expert on personalization, data, and AI-driven use cases, with a focus on checkout personalization for Fastlane.

Use Case Development:

Partner with Consumer and Merchant core teams to identify and prioritize use cases where personalization can drive key metrics.

Product Ownership:

Drive the identification of requirements and product domains for personalization, including Fastlane consumer profile data.

Collaboration & Innovation:

Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to define the appropriate models and platforms necessary to deliver robust, scalable personalization features.

Strategic Impact:

Lead efforts to ensure that personalization initiatives positively affect key outcomes.

Execution & Delivery:

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of personalization features.

What you need to bring:

8+ years of experience managing cross-functional product teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Proven track record of building and launching high-scale personalization products.

Expertise in AI and machine learning, particularly in consumer and merchant personalization use cases.

Strong business and technical acumen.

Ability to operate in ambiguity and excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $120300 to $287100.

For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
