POSITION OVERVIEW:We're looking for a talented individual with strong analytical and project management skills to have a significant impact on understanding and growing our business. This role will report to the SVP, Integration Management Office and work closely with leaders across the organization to support M&A integration programs. The right candidate will have a desire to work in a cross-functional organization including Sales, Business and G&A functions. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to grow quickly and be exposed to the breadth of Zelis' operations and business.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage program to integrate acquisitions from IOI through to completion of integration, achieving integration strategy through strategic, financial, people and programmatic dimensions.Project manage diligence process alongside Corporate Development, ensuring proper vetting of target and performing synergy and one-time cost analysis.Define integration strategy (pre-close) and mobilize integration program immediately post-close across business and relevant functions.Work closely with business/ functional leaders to define and execute their integrations, and ensure dependency alignment and address any gaps among teams.Run cadence of weekly meetings and executive briefings, preparing PPT decks for executive reporting, including integrating analysis and 'telling the story' in a clear and effective manner.Develop and maintain dashboards to track program performance against integration objectives, and take actions to address current or upcoming performance issues.Establish effective working relationships and gain the trust of business and functional leaders.Support development of IMO playbook and work with individual functions to develop and upgrade their playbooks.ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:Compelling written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to construct and convey an executive level narrative describing M&A integration status and impact in realizing investment thesis.Intuitive project management skills. PMP or similar certification not necessary, but the ability to view the program comprehensively, understand critical path and highest value activities is paramount.Persuasive interpersonal skills, as the role requires coordination of activities across the firm, and leadership through influence.Superior hands-on analytical skills including solid modeling skills.Undergraduate degree a must, preferably with business, economics or finance emphasis or similar.Graduate degree, e.g., MBA preferred.7+ years of professional experience, with experience in Management Consulting or internal consulting / project management.
