Vice President of Investor Relations & Capital Strategy

DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for building relationships and communicating complex investment strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with our Head of Investor Relations & Business Development to foster strong connections with our investors and execute our capital raising strategy.What You’ll DoBuild and Maintain Relationships: Develop a deep understanding of our investment philosophy and value proposition. Clearly articulate our trading strategies, processes, and investment topics to both current and prospective investors.Enhance Communications: Collaborate with the IR team to continually improve our presentation materials, investor communications, and marketing documents.Drive Marketing Strategy: Implement our global marketing strategy by identifying, researching, and developing new client leads across institutional and high-net-worth investor channels.Coordinate with Teams: Partner with internal departments such as Investment, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Operations to effectively respond to investor requests.Manage Multiple Tasks: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing various responsibilities while maintaining open communication with colleagues.What We’re Looking ForExperience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in fixed income, sales, trading, or debt capital markets.Skills: Strong analytical abilities to understand and articulate complex strategies, excellent presentation skills for impactful communication, and a high level of attention to detail.Traits: Intellectual curiosity, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with emerging technologies, such as project management tools, business intelligence resources, and CRM systems.Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. Series 3 license is preferred or must be obtained upon hire.Employment Type: Full-Time
