We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.As a defense mission professional, you’ll bring your consulting, analytical, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, JCIDS, and high combatant command expertise to work on projects for an Air Force client’s Battle Management Command and Control (BMC2) mission area. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the client's Joint All Domain Command and Control Concepts of Operations and Employment focused on the Theater Air Control System. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and homeland security as part of service and joint missions.You’ll guide the work we do for the client and the solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, national security, strategic planning, defense mission planning, and national defense strategy.Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Air Force.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have:10+ years of experience as a qualified operator in the Air Force Ground Theater Air Control System tactical elements to include AOC, BCC, CRC, E-3, or TACP3+ years of experience with Major Command (MAJCOM)-level staff or higherExperience in writing Concept of Operations and Employment documentsExperience in working BMC2 issues with military and civilian agenciesExperience with resourcing Air Force BMC2 systems to include Planning, Programming, Budget, and ExecutionExperience with Advanced Battle Management Systems and Joint All Domain Command and Control ConceptsAbility to present complex operational and analytical information to Air Force senior leadersTop Secret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Experience with Middle Tier Acquisition strategyTS/SCI clearanceMaster's degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
