DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
UW Medicine IT Services (ITS)
is a shared services organization that supports all of UW Medicine, which includes various medical centers and services. ITS is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the infrastructure and applications that support these institutions, along with the implementation of new services and applications.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with UW Medicine partners and BI Report Developers to facilitate business requirements analysis.
Manage the requirements development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification, and verification of requirements.
Create viable and consumable specifications, including acceptance criteria.
Coordinate deployments of Analytics solutions.
Develop and execute work planning related to development tasks.
Complete tasks in the agreed upon timelines.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
4+ years’ experience in healthcare or IT.
3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
Ability to independently lead small projects for healthcare data analytics.
2+ years as a lead resource in projects using formal project management.
Strong experience coordinating a team of analysts or developers.
Advanced experience working through the complete report development lifecycle.
Advanced experience providing systems application maintenance/support.
