Senior Data Governance Analyst (Workforce Management)
Overview: The Enterprise Workforce Management team is responsible for leading transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organization design. It is an exciting time to join the team as we are in the building phase of developing the set of capabilities, processes, and tools to analyze, forecast, organize, and plan for the future of the workforce.
We are a global team with highly motivated colleagues who are focused on ensuring has the right number of people, with the right skills, at the right place, time and cost. The role is part of the Enterprise Workforce Management team and is responsible for delivering critical workforce management assessments to inform actions and insights.
- Formalize monitoring process: outline monitoring components including input into roadmap for reporting and define (with input from Org Design and input into WFP Councils) and support execution for monthly cycle. Including creating process flows and desktop procedures- Execute monitoring process as defined- Prepare analysis / input for quarterly check and challenge staffing adequacy sessions, enhancing existing materials- Contribute to reporting and insights around status, gaps, remediation actions progress to management committees, board and regulators- Own processes that ensure workforce planning framework related to monitoring and process are effectively applied, with checkpoints throughout the process to mitigate risks and inaccuracies and their potential downstream impacts
