A Lead Food Server is responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.What will I be doing?Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning of tables, chairs dusting, stocking, ensure other servers within the area are properly trained on food and beverage knowledge, and offer coaching when necessary.Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.Provide menu tour to guests, suggestively sell when appropriate, record order details from the guests, and repeat the order to the guest to check for accuracy.Ascertain guest satisfaction and present check, troubleshoot live service opportunities, and process check per hotel procedures.What are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
