This position involves developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the US audience, managing trade marketing activities, and ensuring the brand's presence and performance in the US market are optimised. The role requires a deep understanding of the US fashion and retail landscape, strong marketing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with the US market and align with MESHKI’s overall brand vision and objectives.Optimise and tailor existing brand marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media to ensure they align with US customer moments.Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand’s global marketing initiatives.Oversee trade marketing activities to support sales goals and enhance brand presence in retail environments across the US.Develop and execute trade marketing plans, including promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials.Work closely with the trade and marketing team to align trade marketing, visual merchandising and CRM efforts with US customer sentiments and optimise the customer experience.Conduct market research to gain insights into the US fashion and retail landscape, consumer behaviour, and competitive trends.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.Work closely with the creative content team to advise on/brief high-quality content tailored to the US audience, ensuring it aligns with MESHKI’s brand voice and aesthetic.Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing and trade initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise strategies and tactics.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative marketing and trade marketing within a similar premium fashion brand.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and revenue.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions that align with MESHKI's brand vision.Comprehensive understanding of graphic design and what constitutes a premium look.
