About your new jobWorking in a busy environment with a supportive culture, the role would suit an experienced remuneration and benefits specialist/manager.• Manage and execute the internal commission process and ensure accuracy• Review and improve benefits administration• Monitor trends and provide advice and recommendations• Manage the bonus scheme and the annual remuneration review and ensure compliance• Prepare reports and analysis for management• Assist with implementation and management of various internal company rewards programs• Assist with automation projects in relation to commissions• Provide advice and support to department managers in relation to commission payouts or deductions• Ensure any changes and updates are in line with current legislation
About YouTo be successful in this position you will ideally have exposure in the following:• A proven track record in remunerations and benefits management• Knowledge and understanding of Australian and New Zealand employment law• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with relevant departments• Proactive and can-do attitude as well as a passion for process improvement• Ability to work in a structured and customer-focused environment
