As the

Sr. Marketing Manager- Shopper/Ecomm , you'll be the secret weapon, decoding retail strategies and cooking up innovative tactics to skyrocket product sales.

As part of the larger team you’ll transform physical and digital shelf space into brand real estate, turning casual browsers into loyal buyers.

Your omnichannel campaigns will seamlessly blend in-store charm with digital energy, ensuring our brand voice resonates consistently across all platforms.

In the e-commerce jungle, you'll be our guide, optimizing content and cultivating glowing reviews to boost our digital presence. With your knack for cross-team collaboration, you'll set clear goals, measure what matters, and drive ROI that makes everyone sit up and take notice.

Responsibilities

Craft and implement a comprehensive annual marketing roadmap tailored to diverse customer segments, encompassing product launches, growth initiatives, and promotional strategies.

Spearhead shopper marketing initiatives ensuring smooth rollout of both in-gym and digital campaigns.

Synergize with interdepartmental teams to establish clear objectives, performance metrics, and ROI targets for all marketing endeavors.

Orchestrate marketing campaigns that seamlessly blend physical and digital touchpoints, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement in the e-commerce sphere through strategic content placement, asset optimization, and review management.

Assist in strategic planning, decoding gym level-specific tactics, and formulating actionable strategies to boost in-store presence and brand resonance.

Oversee product logistics across retail channels, including demand forecasting, product onboarding, and digital storefront maintenance.

Conceptualize and execute in-gym product sampling, visual merchandising, and experiential events aligned with brand ethos and channel-specific strategies.

Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics, disseminating insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Partner with Gold’s Gym COE (Creative, PR, Social, Influencer, Digital Experience) to maximize brand-centric and cooperative advertising opportunities, analyzing and sharing performance data.

Continuously refine strategies to create a cohesive brand experience across digital and physical retail environments.

Harness data analytics to guide strategic choices, incorporating shopper behavior metrics and advertising spend efficiency.

Facilitate clear, consistent communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to post-campaign analysis.

Manage marketing budget allocation and expenditure, tracking return on investment and providing regular performance updates to drive data-informed business strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Communication, or related discipline.

Must have 5 to 7 years of proven experience in brand marketing or agency, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods industry.

Proficiency in Amazon and Shopify storefronts.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive customer growth and profitability.

Advanced proficiency in data analysis and Excel, with a talent for translating complex data into actionable insights.

Proven track record in leveraging omnichannel marketing strategies across e-commerce and traditional retail platforms.

History of creating innovative consumer engagement strategies and compelling brand narratives.

Exceptional project management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities and meeting demanding deadlines.

Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.

Polished presentation skills and proficiency with PowerPoint.

Experience thriving in fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environments.

Superior communication abilities, innate leadership qualities, and a collaborative spirit.
