Currently, we are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Clinical Director to join our team. As a company that is currently providing care in multiple states, we are well versed in the needs of clients throughout the country, and have developed versatile teams to take on most of the administrative work away from our clinical staff, so that our clinical staff can focus on what is most important: providing the best care possible to our clients and their families.The role of Clinical Director for Echoing Minds ABA is an intricate mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities. The Clinical Director’s main priority is to maximize client progress, while acting in accordance with ethical, clinical and professional standards. The Clinical Director will lead, guide and direct a cohort of BCBAs and oversee RBT/BTs. In this role, the Clinical Director will ensure that their cohort is performing their jobs in accordance with guidelines set forth by Echoing Minds ABA, HIPAA regulations and BACB ‘s Professional and Ethical Compliance Codes. In addition, the Clinical Director will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and enforcement of any company-wide policies, protocols, and any related documentation to ensure the highest quality Applied Behavior Analysis treatment services. The Clinical Director is expected to perform in their position effectively, efficiently, ethically and in a socially valid manner. The Clinical Director is also responsible for developing and overseeing their clinical team’s progress, and providing any event-based training, to ensure that their clinical staff’s skills, progress monitoring techniques, and data collection are aligned with the company’s standards and expectations.Requirements:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Education or related fieldMinimum three years experience in a supervisory role, providing direction to multiple levels of staffBCBA field experience of at least 5+ years; with a leadership position of at least 3 years.Advanced training in ABA and DTTAbility to demonstrate understanding of Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior, intensive early intervention and natural environment teachingExpertise in protocol development, management and development of employeesQualifications:

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and time management skillsExcellent communication skills with executive staff, supervisory staff and therapistsAbility to provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to motivate staff and achieve desired outcomesWork well within collaborative teams to meet individual and company goalsExtensive experience working with a variety of family systemsExperience managing caseloads and special projectsAbility to communicate clinical findings and provide recommendations at a variety of meetings with families and funding sourcesResponsibilities:

Help develop and advance their cohort BCBAs by providing support, training and reviewing assessments, treatment plans and client progress when appropriate.Identifying when a BCBA needs to have a case added or removed from their caseload.Provide training to BCBAs on how to properly arrange their day-to-day schedules, so that they can optimize on billable hours without losing quality of treatment.Schedule one on one monthly check-ins with each of their cohort membersMonitor their cohort’s weekly billable hours, identifying discrepancies, and identifying when disciplinary action is appropriate.Responsible for meeting and interviewing potential BCBA candidates that will join their cohortGuide BCBAs on how to properly approach client’s families in difficult situations and provide support where needed.Ensure that each BCBA is an effective supervisor to their BT/RBTs, providing their BT/RBTs with training on how to properly carry out treatment plans, document client services, collect data and identify when an incident report needs to be submitted.Effectively carry a small caseload with an increasing variety of ages, diagnosis and clinical diversityConduct initial and ongoing assessments under supervision, gaining mastery of a variety of protocols (i.e. ABBLS, VB-MAPP, BDI, Vineland)Provide progress reports and conduct initial and ongoing meetings with families (IEP’s, PTMS, Team Meetings) and other professionals ensure all programs effectively target short and long term goals, generalization and community integrationJob Type: Full-timePay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:
