As an Investor Relations Associate, you will be responsible for answering investor inquiries, processing capital activity, supporting financial analysis in response to investor requests, and playing an important role in due diligence with current and prospective investors.Responsibilities
Process capital callsRelay strategic information, performance updates, and market insights to investorsOversee the AML/KYC protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance and deadlinesReview LP sub-documentsFocus on DDQs and RFPs for potential and current investorsOversee the distribution of K-1 tax documents to investors, ensuring regulatory compliance and deadlinesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related fieldMinimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations or Business Development realm, ideally within a financial services or investment management firmExcellent communication and written skillsUnderstanding of financial markets, investment principles, and regulatory requirements (investor relations and tax reporting)
