Vice President Operations

QLM Search is recruiting a VP Operations for a specialist Ingredients and Food group supporting the Food, Beverage and health/nutrition sector. Reporting to the CEO, this role forms part of the senior leadership team responsible for driving best in class operational performance across the business unit.Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and planning for the division improving national operations and services.Lead and guide the operational remit of the business unit strategic/operational plans.Manage and develop all site operations procedures (multi site x2).Drive the simplification of processes through standardization, technology and innovation, and the implementation of methodologies for the unit.Candidates must have come from a B2B Ingredients background and a manufacturing and operations background where you have managed all areas including Manufacturing, Engineering, and H&S. This business is a smaller, but growing fast, business; therefore, someone with experience of supporting a high-growth business and its CEO would be beneficial. You will have implemented enhanced standard operating procedures, processes, and methodologies and must have the ability to lead and motivate a team, combined with a strategic approach to implementing change to drive operating performance.
