Overview:
The AFINC III contract supporting the 26th Network Operations Squadron (26NOS) is seeking qualified Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) Engineer. The JRSS team oversees an enterprise DoD environment supporting the USAF that requires a unique and dynamic skill set.
Experience Required:5+ years' experience managing DoD Configuration Management programsAct as organization Change Sponsor and manage daily Change Management activities to include updating all Change Management program documentation and facilitating all Change Management meetings to include, but not limited to: Technical Interchange Meetings, Change Advisory Board, Release Management Board, and Engineering Review BoardsEnsure CMDB data is maintained by following approved Configuration Management policies, processes, procedures, and control complianceAnalyze the CMDB data to highlight data gaps and errors and take appropriate actionManage assigned CMDB users and groupsDevelop, publish, provide CMDB reports, establish trends and offer recommendations to streamline any processes to improve efficiencyAnalyze CMDB metrics and provide metrics for all incidents and changes assigned to the organizationProvide guidance and training to CMDB users in support of the maintenance of CMDBValidate all Asset Management deliverables to include inventories and asset/configuration management baselinesOversee annual inventory of all accountable devices (per AFI), track product lifecycles, and issue devices to unit personnel as approved by the GOV leadsEnsure all device information to include, but not limited to; manufacturer, model, serial number, device cost, product lifecycles, software versions to include firmware, location, and issuance information is documented accuratelyParticipate in missing decide investigations as neededEducation Required:
High School diploma or GEDClearance Required:
