We are currently seeking a Marketing Account Executive.This position is responsible for assisting in protecting Company legal interests and for maintaining operations within the scope established by law. This position will provide counsel to employees and executives.Essential Job Functions:Identify and analyze legal issues and contracts.Provide legal counsel in support of tactical and strategic business initiatives.Provide legal and regulatory advice to assigned business areas.Structure, draft, review, and execute key documents.Represent legal interest of Company.Manage outside legal counsel and determine cost effectiveness.Remain current of state and federal laws and regulations, as well as current cases.Review business plans, policies, and practices to ensure legal and ethical compliance.* Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.
