Locally, this business is led by a team of passionate and committed professionals and is continually recognised for operational excellence and high performance throughout the group.About your new job:Our client is embarking on a major period of digital transformation and is looking for an experienced candidate to work on a portfolio of projects. This permanent opportunity will see you perform the following tasks:Develop and execute Change Management strategies, plans, and activities to support the company initiatives and projects.Impact assessment and stakeholder analysis to identify risk/development mitigation.Innovative communications to enable organisational change for a portfolio of projects.Monitor feedback and engagement levels to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.Involve stakeholders throughout the change process, fostering a sense of ownership and participation.Engage the P&C team with any people type of change, identify impact, and manage/address any resistance or barriers to change.Work with the People and Culture team to create engaging content for various platforms.Develop key messages and select appropriate campaign tactics.Monitor, assess, and evaluate internal feedback channels and engage with the business through the appropriate channels.About you:We're looking for a motivated and passionate individual with a genuine interest in communications. An understanding of the FMCG /CPG industry and working in regulated environments would be a benefit. Prior experience in delivering change and communication management activities across projects, including enterprise-level projects. Demonstrated experience in developing and gaining approval for multi-channel communications using a wide range of communication formats including email, townhall, speaker talking points, newsletter, infographic, video, and other forms of visual storytelling, factual updates, and communications across digital platforms such as SharePoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
