Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources functions, with a specific focus on the recruitment, training, and management of valet drivers. You will be responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle, from hiring to payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate will have robust HR experience, a high level of organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with both office staff and field personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and onboard valet drivers, both in-person and via Zoom as needed.

Train new hires on valet operations, customer service protocols, safety procedures, and company standards.

Manage payroll using ADP Total Source and ADP WorkMarket, ensuring accurate timekeeping, employee records, and timely payments.

Oversee compliance with employment laws, including managing EDD (Employment Development Department) filings and other labor-related matters.

Develop and implement training programs to promote continuous improvement and professional development for valet staff.

Handle employee performance management, addressing HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Manage scheduling, attendance, and ensure compliance with local regulations for valet employees.

Collaborate with management to identify and address HR needs, contributing to overall organizational goals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and company policies.

Experience:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on employee management, training, and compliance.

Expertise in ADP Total Source, ADP WorkMarket, and ADP Run for payroll and HR management.

Experience managing and training staff, preferably in a valet, hospitality, or customer service environment.

Familiarity with EDD filings and state labor regulations.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Salary Range:

$60K - $75K DOE
