We are a global company headquartered in Silicon Valley along with offices in India and Mexico.Your Role:We are looking for a Director - Product Management to help us scale our internal and external products as we pursue our aggressive global growth ambitions. In this role, at Drip, you’ll help deliver best-in-class customer experiences and tools to automate trade financing. You’ll empower customers to manage their trade financing process far more efficiently than they do today. If you excel at working closely with customers, sales teams, and especially engineering and design teams to navigate complexity and drive impact, we’d love to hear from you.Build strategy on how product area(s) can drive significantly higher value for Drip in a 12-24 month timeframe

Full ownership of Drip’s product strategy and roadmap

Deeply understand Drip’s customers, their workflow needs to define new use cases

Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity

Ensure coordination and alignment between Product and Technology teams

Lead cross-functional alignment and coordination with Drip’s leadership team, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders

Build processes that will scale as the team and company grow

Work closely with product management & engineering teams to drive product development, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility and product vision

Our Checklist:6-8 years of experience as a product manager

Expertise in software architecture and development, with a strong understanding of system design principles and the ability to translate technical requirements into product specifications

Experience working in the FinTech space / on B2B lending products

Ability to keep pace in a high-growth startup environment is a strong plus

Strong analytical thinking skills, able to navigate high degrees of complexity and ambiguity

Excellent written and verbal skills

Proven track record of an ownership mindset, customer-first approach, taking initiative, and delivering results

Willingness to work with stakeholders across multiple time zones
