This individual will work closely with the sales team to develop integrated campaigns that attract, engage, and convert target audiences across various channels.

What you will doStrategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with company goals and objectivesDefine target audience segments and identify the best channels and tactics to reach themEstablish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaignsWebsite Optimization:Oversee SEO and conversion rate optimization programs (e.g. keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, A/B testing, User Journey Mapping, Form and CTA optimization) with external agencyCampaign Management and Content Marketing:Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, content marketing, webinars, paid media, SEO, social media, etc.) including landing pages optimizations to drive leadsManage the marketing automation platform and CRM to ensure seamless lead flow and accurate reportingOversee content development that creates compelling assets that drive lead generationLead Nurturing and Conversion:Develop and optimize lead nurturing workflows and email campaigns to move leads through the funnelWork closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly handed off and trackedImplement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to target high-value accountsData Analysis and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns and initiativesRegularly reporting on website performance, highlighting successes, and identifying areas for further optimizationUse data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and website for better ROIPresent findings and recommendations to senior leadershipRequirements

Who we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive revenue growthExperience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategiesExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsExceptional communication and presentation skillsMBA is a plusBenefits
