SUMMARY

Responds to phone customer inquiries. Ensures the dealership actualizes its maximum ROI on phone leads. Responsible for processing various paperwork.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Communicates effectively with customers and prospects by phone.Schedules appointments for a reasonable level in comparison to other BDRsFollows up and responds to internet leads immediatelyDelivers messages intended for other departments promptlyMaintain customer database and follow-up through CDKEntry data into all required toolsPossesses thorough knowledge of all electronic tools and lead sourcesStays up to date on all dealership products and servicesEstablishes personal goals that are consistent with department standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals.Maintains a professional appearanceOther duties may be assignedTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School DiplomaTwo plus years related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.COMMUNICATION SKILLS
