Senior Technical Consultant (Open LMS) US, Raleigh, Remote

Job PurposeAs Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible to resolve technical challenges, through projects for custom developments, Code reviews, use case creation, and technical documentation delivery.Key AccountabilitiesThe key accountabilities of this role encompass duties that principally relate to the job purpose and may include other duties that are incidental or peripheral to the job purpose.Duties of this role will include but are not limited to the following:Direct communication with customersFollowing up with project managers and other team members.Provide custom developments over Open LMS and MoodleDeliver code reviews of third-party Moodle pluginsTranslate customer requirements in use casesSupport, maintain and document technical requirementsHelp on internal initiatives focus principally to improve customer experiences and processesKey Result AreasPerformance objectives are based on the key accountabilities above and are aligned to organisational and team objectives.
