At Open Influence, our mission is to help brands create moving content, alongside extraordinary human beings. As an Account Manager, your mission is to facilitate the meaningful partnership between these brands and creators.
You'll be responsible for delivering superior client service for various Open Influence clients. You'll use your deep understanding of
influencer marketing strategy
to lead theexecution of influencer campaigns, from kickoff to reporting. You will act as a liaison between internal departments, brands, and influencers to ensure campaign strategy is successfully executed, manage talent fulfillment of campaign deliverables, and analyze campaign KPIs to optimize based on key learnings.
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and executing post-sale influencer campaigns for revenue of $2M+ per yearServe as the day-to-day point of contact for key clients, while mentoring, educating, and developing strategies to meet brand business objectivesManage high volume and fast paced email communications with influencers, from the initial sourcing and negotiations, guiding the creative development of content, and ensuring roll out aligns with the campaign goals and KPIsAddress daily client needs and requests related to the campaign, or other ancillary asks, in a timely strategy-oriented mannerIdentify trends and develop performance insights, resulting in meaningful recommendations and strategies.Actively counsel clients by providing strategic market feedback and participating in product development with the Open Influence teamSupport with pre-sale planning, working closely with cross-functional teams (sales and creative) to ensure strategy aligns with client goalsRequirements:
Minimum 4-5 years relevant client-facing, agency experienceExperience in building and optimizing digital and social media plans, particularly focused on influencer marketingA deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTokMust be extremely detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle a high volume of email communications on a daily basisExceptional communication and organizational skillsExperience in managing support staff
