Role Summary

We are seeking an Agile Transformation Leader to drive our Agile transformation efforts and develop a firmwide strategy aimed at enhancing organizational agility and optimizing service delivery. As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance Agile practices, encourage adoption, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

ResponsibilitiesAssessment : Evaluate current processes and practices to identify opportunities for Agile transformation.Strategy Development : Create and implement a customized transformation strategy to enhance agility across business and technology teams.Product Taxonomy : Lead the establishment of product hierarchies to improve product ownership and alignment between business and IT.Operating Model : Recommend organizational changes to support Agile practices and collaboration, including a skills framework for technology leaders.Career Pathways : Collaborate with HR to redesign career pathways for technologists and product owners within Agile teams.Change Management : Work with change management leaders to promote Agile values and practices.Training & Workshops : Design and facilitate workshops to empower teams, providing coaching for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders.Metrics & Reporting : Establish KPIs to measure Agile adoption success and provide regular updates to senior management.Community Building : Foster Agile communities to support continuous learning and promote a Lean-Agile mindset.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, computer science, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience leading Agile transformations in large organizations, preferably in financial services.Agile certifications such as CSP, SPC, or ACC are desirable.Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with the ability to adapt them to specific needs.Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner preferred.Strong coaching and facilitation skills for guiding teams and stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior executives.Proven track record in developing strategies, conducting assessments, and recommending process improvements.
