Salary: $35 - $40 per hour

We are seeking a skilled a Field Service Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Install and startup new equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment at customer sites
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Provide technical support to customers
• Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to solve complex problems
• Work with customers to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and improvements
• Document all service activities in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain a safe work environment at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, electro-mechanical assembly, installation and startup of new equipment, industrial robots/automation, and Allen Bradley PLCs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license and passport
