Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. Working within a dynamic team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving production and facility equipment. What You'll Be Doing:

1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, power supplies, drives, gages, and test equipment.
3. Identify and recommend necessary improvements to equipment or processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity.
4. Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
5. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work performed, including any tests or inspections.
6. Provide technical support and training to other team members as required.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly in relation to health and safety.
8. Collaborate with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance to minimize production downtime.
9. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and related areas.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic systems.
3. Knowledge of programmable controls and other automation technology.
4. Proficient in the use of various hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement tools.
5. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as necessary.
10. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Business Administration or facility management will be an advantage.
11. Valid certification in a relevant field (e.g. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)) will be an advantage.
