Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

A bit about us:

Based in one of the biggest Metropolitan areas in Texas, we are a full service mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering consulting firm that HUB and MBE Certified! We recently built out some of the most state-of-the-art NCAA football stadiums in the Sun Belt! Some familiar names you may have heard of include: University of Houston, UT-Austin, and Texas A&M! We approach our projects vastly different than most consulting firms, we recognize that using highly experienced and licensed engineers is the only way to insure the quality of our contract documents. Because of this philosophy, we are able to lower construction costs, smoother process, and ultimately customer satisfaction. You'll manage the project from start to finish and perform field verification work, Revit Drafting, quality assurance and inspections. Our specialization is in the MEP design of K-12 schools, colleges, and universities!

Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam

Certified as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) by the State of Texas

Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred skills included:

Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas

Previous experience in design of standard mechanical or electrical systems for buildings

Previous experience in a MEP consulting environment

Excellent knowledge of building codes
