Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent I&C (Instrumentation & Control) Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, testing, and commissioning of sophisticated control systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, from conceptual design to system integration, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement complex control systems for a variety of applications.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to understand and define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  3. Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of control systems to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed design schematics and layouts.
  5. Leverage expertise in electrical engineering to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  6. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve control system capabilities.
  8. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  10. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
  4. Experience in industrial process control or water/wastewater treatment is preferred.
  5. Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  6. Working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC),
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting complex control systems.
  8. Must be willing to travel up to 30%.
