Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

We are in search for an experience Associate Attorney to join our Tax Law practice group. Seeking candidates with experience in business entity formations, corporate M&A, real estate sales and partnership allocations. Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in tax law
• Experience with real estate transactions and corporate transactions
• Experience tax related litigation
• Experience giving tax advising and providing tax controversy
• CA Bar license
