Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Currently they are looking to add a Superintendent with ground-up experience on commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Confirming schedule with subcontractors one week ahead
• Insure materials are on site prior to their scheduled installation
• Plan and coordinate daily job site activities
• Resolve field problems in a timely manner and notify project manager.
• Hire, train and develop foremen and assistants
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all project team members
• Acquire a minimum of three quotes on materials before purchase
• Return rental equipment in a timely manner
• Control overtime and regular man hours throughout the project
• Maintain accurate record of daily job site activities
• Retain and return to office all delivery and testing receipts
• Maintain safety meeting records and sign off sheets

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencing
• Understanding of ASI’s, RFI’s and Material Submittals
• Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
• A valid Driver’s License
