Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

DETAILED PROJECT LIST MUST BE AVAILABLE, INCLUDING PROJECTS COMPLETED.
- 7+ years of solid experience in construction management in commercial, industrial and/or medical construction. Interiors & renovations projects are a must.
- Proven history of project completion ground-up construction, $500K - $5M
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Project, Primavera and Procore
- Solid experience in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, project administration, and contract management.
- Demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, workforce management, quality, and project execution
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills interacting directly with clients’ architects, consultants, contractors, and trades.
