Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire construction process from conception to completion
  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings with the project team and stakeholders
  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation
  • Ensure project closeout and turnover to the client

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
  • Experience managing multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
