Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We’re a full-service land planning, engineering, and surveying company with about 38 people.

We are a well-established Civil Engineering firm that supports a wide range of projects, including municipalities, hospitality, industrial, medical, commercial, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0-6 years of experience in site civil design, land development, landscape related projects
• Prefer AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform basic calculations (slopes, grades, etc.)
• Design and develop detailed civil construction plans for land development projects, landscape plans focused on native plants, signature entrances, courtyard design, street beautification projects, greenway and park planning
• Master Plans, Park Plans, Green Storm Water Drainage Systems, Pedestrian Oriented Designs, Native Plant Landscape Plans
• Design and analyze engineering systems related to land development and utilities
• Collaborate with engineers to interpret engineering drawing, specs, and calculations
• Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects; Maintain files and organize documentation
