Our client is seeking plaintiff personal injury attorney with Labor Law experience. Requirements include 4+ years of litigation experience. Experience with the construction industry, New York Labor Law, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other applicable safety standards is required. Admittance to the New York bar is required.
