Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Salary: $10k/month, with an additional 50% of collected revenue every quarter - potential to make up to $200k/year

Employment: Full-time, 1099 contract

Schedule: M-TH 8:30am-5pm and Friday 9am-4pm (flexible if working less than 40 hours)

Location: Fresno, CA (hybrid-primarily remote with some in-office)

Practice Setting: Hybrid, Virtual and In-person

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. Under the guidance of the Supervising Physician, the PMHNP will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, prescribe medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations to assess mental health status and formulate diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
• Prescribe and manage medications, including psychotropic medications, in accordance with state regulations and practice guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient well-being.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Document patient encounters accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with specialization in psychiatric-mental health nursing.
• Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of California.
• Prior experience providing psychiatric care to individuals.
