Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Temporary E-commerce Specialist, you will:
- Manage, optimize, and maintain our e-commerce platforms, primarily focusing on NetSuite and Shopify.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance customer experience, increase site traffic, and boost sales.
- Analyze e-commerce trends, data, and metrics to create reports and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee the development and management of online product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Handle any technical issues that arise on the e-commerce platforms, troubleshooting and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce technologies, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically with NetSuite and Shopify.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decision making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
