Job Details:

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for our 3rd shift operations in the Engineering industry. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
2. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in a timely manner.
3. Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
4. Using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
5. Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing, and making adjustments.
6. Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
7. Performing machine setups and adjustments.
8. Working with the maintenance team to develop a preventive maintenance schedule and system.
9. Training production workers on basic maintenance procedures to minimize production downtime.
10. Assisting in the installation of new equipment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Industrial Maintenance Technician position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician.
3. Strong knowledge of Pneumatics, VFD, and Calibration.
4. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
5. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
6. Proficient with a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to train production workers on basic maintenance procedures.
8. Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with safety regulations.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field will be a plus.
