Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships to maximize revenue from assigned territories and market segments
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Stay up-to-date with hospitality market trends
- Manage relationships and partnerships within assigned territory accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to capitalize on them
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support sales efforts
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that the hotel is meeting the needs of clients and exceeding their expectations
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality or a related field or commensurate experience
- 3+ years experience in hotel sales
