Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a liaison to the client fairs, communicates on a regular basis, answers questions and provides customer service.
  • Prepares various solicitations, contracts, agreements, and construction documentation associated with the contracting process.
  • Assists in coordinating the efforts of all entities involved in construction projects from design to closeout, including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, laborers, inspectors, administration staff, etc.
  • Compiles project financial data and prepares financial reports and analyses.
  • Maintains master construction files for each project, including agreements, contracts, drawings, logs, and insurance certificates.
  • Initiates, prepares and maintains agreement forms for contractors and other professional service companies and/or regulatory agencies.
  • Works with contracted personnel including labor compliance officers, inspectors, and other staff involved in construction projects.
  • Assists with progress updates and informational notices.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of project reporting systems.
  • Performs tasks using software related to budgeting and scheduling, including databases, automated accounting systems, spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Maintains appropriate review of prevailing wage reports, contractor invoices, change orders and/or work orders, respond to requests for certified payroll.
  • Occasionally represents the company in project meetings.
  • Takes meeting minutes as requested.
  • Responds to public records requests.
  • Perform additional assignments and duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4 or more years of experience in the maintenance of financial and contractual documentation for capital improvement/construction projects.
  • Bachelors in related field preferred but not required
