Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

We are a growing, family-owned, heavy civil construction company that has immediate openings for an experienced heavy civil construction superintendent to support our Washington and Idaho State operations.

Job Details

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10+ years’ construction heavy civil experience in the public and private sectors, and large-scale heavy civil experience is required.

Experience in earthwork and underground utilities in both the public/private sectors is required. Experience in structural concrete, mechanical systems in transportation, dams/hydro, and water wastewater is welcomed.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews on multiple jobs, managing up to 25 persons
  • Experience with heavy civil projects.
  • Participate in training and adhere to strict safety policies
  • Ability to take direction from customers to complete tasks and meet job site goals
  • Be a proactive team member to achieve a high-quality completed product for our clients
  • Experience and working knowledge of heavy equipment & Trimble GPS systems
  • Experience using HCSS HeavyJob & HeavySafety (Vista and HCSS) (Estimating)

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in the United States
  • Must have a recent work history and at least 10 years of verifiable work experience managing projects in a similar environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bending, twisting, and turning to complete manual labor tasks
