ADP is hiring a

Learning Design Manager.In this role, you will focus on integrating large-scale learning initiatives to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment for use case learning design, consulting, and implementing cross-functional learning frameworks. You will also mentor other team members to increase their professional skills.No two days are the same. You will do everything from analyzing and aligning design, innovation, audience experience, industry vernacular, language translation, and sustainability across disparate learning projects and programs to identify reuse and linkage opportunities across course content. You will do this to the highest standards with an eye on accessibility, cultural learning needs, and appeal to multi-generational talent and the modern learner. You can create compelling content and convey ideas and information to many levels of an organization.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:A college degree is not required but could set you apart. What's more important is having the skills and experience to do the job. You will need 7+ years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing.You will have advanced experience using eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, TechSmith SnagIt, Audacity, and/or Vyond. Technical aptitude to quickly learn new development tools.Other things that will set you apart:Experience with some Graphic DesignExperience using a Learning Management System (i.e., Litmos)Experience with Programming fundamentals: HTML, CSS or JavaScript, BBcodeComfort with browser consoles, troubleshooting JQuery commandsWHAT YOU'LL DO:Innovation:
