The Senior Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other essential legal tasks to support the litigation team.
Qualifications:
- Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skills
- Proficiency in drafting legal pleadings and motions
- Knowledge of e-filing systems and court procedures
- Experience in New Jersey personal injury litigation!
