Requirements

CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart or Red Cross)Certificate of negative TB testValid driver's license and reliable transportationCurrent proof of auto insurancePhotocopy of Social Security CardCNA License or completed HHA competency testFederal fingerprinting requirement (Gchecxs)Physical examination

Essential Duties

Follow the client's care planAssist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and homemakingProvide medication reminders, mobility support, and transportation

Experience & Education

Minimum of 5 years caregiving experience with verifiable referencesSpecialized training required; CNA or HHA certification preferred
