Advanced Practice Clinician Team (NIGHTS)
This Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:
Caring for inpatient pediatric and adult patients with cardiac medical issues including congenital heart disease, arrhythmia, heart failure, and pre and post heart transplant managementCaring for cardiology patients admitted to the Cardiology service for management of non-cardiac medical issuesCoordination of care for management of acute and chronic medical issuesCollaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team and consulting services to provide comprehensive care for optimal patient outcomesCoordination of complex discharge planning needsWorking collaboratively in a family-centered environment.Working 36 or 40 hours/week, 12 hour shifts, permanent nights 7:00PM to 7:30AM , every 3 rd
weekend.
To qualify, you must have:
